We, at Parker Audi, greatly appreciate your trust and confidence in considering us for a vehicle purchase and allowing us to service your vehicles. In an attempt to reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are employing enhanced measures to maintain a clean environment while upholding the exceptional customer care you have always trusted. We've included below a list of several of the important measures put in place to help protect our team members and our guests.


·    Obsessive Cleaning and Sanitation Efforts: Our store teams have all increased their focus and commitment to maintaining the cleanest possible facilities and working environments within our dealership and vehicles. To that end, our teams are cleaning and sanitizing frequently touched objects and surfaces at hourly intervals. Hand sanitizers, cleansers, and gloves are utilized by our teams and are available for customers' use. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after each test drive and prior to returning to each customer.  We have temporarily suspended the baking of our fresh cookies and have removed them from our refreshment areas. Our night time cleaning crews are taking additional measures to ensure our facilities are regularly cleaned and sanitized.


·   Social Distancing with a Smile: While we always want to be friendly and polite at Parker Audi, we are respecting social distancing guidelines and are minimizing physical interactions among our team and our customers. We have asked employees to refrain from shaking hands during time period, and waiting areas have been modified to provide for more space. Additionally, we are offering white glove pickup and delivery for service customers.

 

·    Enhanced Digital Retailing Tools and Special Offers: Our digital retailing tools allow you to view our new and pre-owned inventory 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, obtain a Kelley Blue Book instant trade appraisal, apply for financing, and more. While we're in an uncertain time, now is possibly one of the best times to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle as a result of incredibly low interest rates, special offers, and payment deferral programs currently available.
